Questions

How does the home or office visit work?

You choose a date and time window when you order. A qualified phlebotomist comes to your home or office, takes a small blood sample from your arm in a few minutes, and sends it to an accredited laboratory.

Do I need to fast?

Some markers (glucose, insulin, lipids) are best measured after an 8–10 hour fast. Book a morning slot and we'll tell you before your visit if fasting is needed.

Who reviews my results?

A registered doctor reviews every result and adds written comments. They will tell you if you should follow up with your GP.

Is this a diagnosis?

No. Results are for information. If anything needs attention, we will recommend you speak to your GP.
