Shipping & returns

Delivery

Orders confirmed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day on a tracked next-day service. UK delivery is £5. We ship worldwide: international delivery is quoted on request once we have your address, and we email the cost before you pay.

Packing

Pens travel in rigid, light-proof packaging with their case. Temperature-sensitive items are packed with cold packs and insulation sized to the transit window. Every parcel includes the batch record and handling notes for the treatment inside.

Returns

Unopened, undamaged pens may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Email us first so we can issue a return reference. For safety and integrity reasons we cannot accept opened, used or temperature-compromised pens.

Damaged or missing items

Report damage or shortages within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and contents. We will replace or refund confirmed issues without requiring a return.
