Lifestyle ageing profile
27 questions across nine areas linked to healthy ageing. You get a profile of your strengths and the three changes likely to help most. This isn't a biological-age measurement — no lifestyle questionnaire has been validated to produce one, so we don't give an age number.

PhenoAge from blood markers
A published, validated model (Levine 2018) that estimates biological age from nine routine blood markers — albumin, creatinine, glucose, CRP, lymphocytes, MCV, RDW, ALP and white cells — plus your age.
Open the PhenoAge calculatorWhat is biological age?
Chronological age is how long you've been alive. Biological age is an estimate of how your body is functioning compared with others of the same age. Different models measure different things — blood markers, DNA methylation, fitness — and they don't always agree. Treat any single number as a prompt for curiosity, not a verdict.
How this works
- Model
- Biological age pathways (v1.0)
- Source
- Basic: Welcuren Lifestyle Assessment. Advanced: Levine ME et al. An epigenetic biomarker of aging… (PhenoAge), Aging 2018. — reference
- Intended use
- Explain the difference between lifestyle risk and a validated biomarker age estimate.
- Population
- Adults 18+
- Limitations
- Only the Advanced (PhenoAge) pathway produces a biological-age number.
- The Basic pathway is a lifestyle profile, not a biological-age measurement.

Educational self-assessment — not a diagnostic test. Results are based on published research and population data and can't account for everything about you. They are not a diagnosis and don't replace advice from a healthcare professional. If you're worried about your health, speak to your GP or call NHS 111.
